What do we do during an end of tenancy clean?
Basic Clean
This includes Skirting boards and kitchen skirts Door frames High level dusting Light switches Work tops and tiles Interior / exterior kitchen units All appliances inc. internal fridge freezer Hob Extractor Hood Bathroom clean, which includes Tiles, taps, shower door, bath, basin and toilet Floor cleaning / steam cleaned Full vacuum clean.
Deep Clean
This includes Everything that is listed on a basic clean, but the deep clean includes Full oven clean Carpet cleaned and shampooed Extra’s could include for an additional cost: Removal of rubbish / food left by previous tenant if required Internal windows and frames.
